How it works

A surgery day that looks like your practice, not a hospital transfer.

We do not open a competing office down the street. We arrive, operate, and leave the restorative — and the relationship — with you.

    Send the case

Share imaging, the restorative plan, and medical flags through your usual channels — not through this website. We reply with whether the case belongs in your operatory.

  2. 02

    Plan it together

Implant positions, grafting, anesthesia, and the prosthetic sequence are set with you, not handed down. Your lab and your scanner stay in the workflow.

  3. 03

    Surgery day in your office

We arrive with instrumentation, implants, and a surgical assistant. Your team keeps the schedule, the charts, and the patient relationship.

  4. 04

    You restore. We follow.

Restorative stays with your practice. We remain available for healing checks, complications, and the next arch.

What we bring

  • Surgical instrumentation and sterile packs
  • Implant components for the systems we stock
  • Grafting materials for the cases we accepted
  • A surgical assistant familiar with our trays
  • Written post-op notes for your chart

What your office provides

  • A functioning operatory, suction, and oxygen
  • Your software, your chart, your front desk
  • Current imaging — CBCT preferred for implants
  • A team member who can seat and dismiss patients
  • The restorative plan, not a blank referral slip

Typical day: one block, several chairs of work.

Most host offices fill a morning with third molars and surgical extractions, or an afternoon with implants and grafts. Mixed days work when the anesthetic plan is honest. We will not overbook your sterilization or your recovery space.
