InHouseOS is the visiting surgical service of In-House Oral Surgery, PLLC. We exist so general and specialty offices in Middle Tennessee can offer implants, extractions, and grafting without standing up a second brand.
The idea
The name is the model. InHouseOS is In-House Oral Surgery, PLLC — oral surgery that runs inside your practice, not down the street.
Most patients would rather stay. Most dentists would rather keep the restorative. The usual oral-surgery referral breaks both preferences for the sake of a different building. We reverse that: the surgery moves, the patient does not.
That only works if case selection is conservative, the host operatory is adequate, and nobody pretends a GP chair is an OR. We will decline work that belongs in a hospital or a fully equipped surgery center.
Where we go
Middle Tennessee is home range. A surgery day is worth the drive when the block is full — one office or a pair of neighboring practices.
