For dentists
Keep the patient. Keep the production. Host the surgery.
Every referral is a patient who might not come back, and a restorative case that walks out the door. Hosting oral surgery is how those two leaks close.

Why offices host
- Retention. The family that would have driven across town stays on your hygiene list.
- Restorative control. Implant positions, emergence, and timing are set to the prosthesis you intend to deliver — not a specialist's preferred stock abutment.
- A real surgery day. You already have the chairs. We fill a block you were referring out in ones and twos.
- No second brand. We are not recruiting your patients into our recall. There is no competing office.
What a partnership is not
Not a training course
You can observe. We will not certify you from a surgery day.
Not a discount mill
Case selection stays honest. We will decline what does not belong in a GP operatory.
Not a takeover
Charts, fees, and follow-up remain yours unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Questions offices ask first
What does our office need to host a surgery day?
A functioning operatory, suction, oxygen, and a team member who knows your software. CBCT is preferred for implants and sinus work; a current panoramic is enough for many extractions. We bring surgical instrumentation, implant components, and sterile packs.
Who bills the patient?
That is set per practice. Some offices bill the surgical fee and pay us as a specialist. Others have us bill the surgical codes directly. We will not surprise your front desk on the morning of surgery.
Do you take over the patient?
No. The patient remains yours. We are a visiting surgical service, not a competing office. Hygiene, restorative, and recall stay on your books.
What about sedation?
Local anesthesia is always available. Oral or IV sedation depends on the case, the patient's medical status, and what your facility is equipped and permitted to host. We will not run a sedation plan your office cannot support.
How far do you travel?
Middle Tennessee is the home range — Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, and surrounding cities. Further offices are considered when the day can be filled.
Is this HIPAA-safe?
Do not send radiographs, medical histories, or charts through the form on this site. Once we are working together, records move through the channel your practice already uses for specialist referrals.
